May 1, 2012 At Sea

It is Tuesday so we must still be at sea.  The morning started out as usual, breakfast in Sabatini’s, and then our bridge lessons.  We are getting so good that we can sometimes recognize when we bid the wrong suit.  Not smart enough yet to bid the right suit, but we are getting there.
Early afternoon Judi tried the slots again, but they did not take a liking to her this time.  Later we finished up with our preparations for our wine tasting party.  It turned out to be a lot of fun.  There were 12 of us and we had wine from Washington State, Arizona, Missouri and New Zealand.  The people were from Nevada, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Washington, Missouri and Kansas.  A lot of funny stories and good conversation.  We also spent some time talking about our tour in St. Petersburg.  Not everyone at the party is going with us, but it was a good time for me to get the information out to the tour group.
The party lasted into our dinner hour which made going to our regular restaurant not possible.  We went to open dining restaurant for diner.  We missed our regular server and table mates.  We will be back to normal for tonight’s dinner.
After dinner we checked out a combo in the Explorers Lounge.  They were doing music of the Crooners, They did some Sinatra songs as well as other Crooners. We listen for awhile and then headed back to our cabin.  All in all it was a very good day.
Looking forward to tomorrow and land fall.  We have been on the ship six days.  We will see if we can walk on land without rolling side to side.

This is all we have seen for the last five days.  Looking forward to a more solid surface.
